ARCS() - Accelerated cost recovery

Calculates accelerated cost recovery system. Tables are usually used to find the ARCS recovery percentage. These tables are available from the IRS. The percentage varies with the life of the investment.

Returns

Double value if successful. If an error occurs, this function returns a zero.

Arguments
